What will you be doing?

As IT support, you’ll be supporting our team of around 40 awesome volunteers.     How will you contribute to the Transforming Autism Project?    

Responsible for the planning, administration, availability, upgrades, optimisation, security and maintenance of the Charity’s cloud-based IT systems  (Primarily Microsoft)  Supporting the access and usage requirements of all the Charity’s trustees, staff and volunteers (stakeholders)  Reacting to requests for IT support through centralised ticketing system.  Providing technical guidance to stakeholders, pitched at the level of the individual stakeholder’s IT skills and experience  Delivering continuous improvement to the IT environment in terms of cost, efficiency, utilisation and automation 

What are we looking for?

Extensive experience with the administration of MS , ideally supported by recognised certifications  Comfortable with standard business software packages (e.g., MS Office 365)  Understands the fundamentals of IT security and GDPR 

What difference will you make?

This opportunity would suit an IT professional who is happy to act as one of the focal points for IT within the Charity. You’ll need to be a hands-on self starter, motivated by delivering benefits to the charity, it’s volunteers and users through IT solutions.
