What will you be doing?

Assist in the assessment and refinement of the organisation’s strategic plan. Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market conditions, and the competitive landscape. Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, challenges, and areas for improvement. Develop action plans, timelines, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and measure success. Support the coordination and facilitation of strategic planning meetings and workshops. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate strategic initiatives. Review existing organizational processes and strategies, recommending improvements where necessary. Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for strategic goals.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with experience in:

Strategic planning, business development, or a related field. Conducting research and analysis to inform decision-making. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. A collaborative mindset and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
