The Role: As a Floor Assistant at V&A East, you will be integral to providing a high standard of visitor experience and safety. Your responsibilities will include welcoming and engaging with our diverse audiences, maintaining the security of the retail spaces during the day, and championing the values of V&A East. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that will shape the museum's identity as a leading cultural hub.
