We are seeking a Loyalty & Subscription Program Manager to bring our brand-new, customized ecommerce loyalty program to life and create a paradigm shift in customer engagement through our distinct approach to well-being.
Role Summary:
- Design and implement the go-to-market strategy for the loyalty program and manage its subsequent optimization
- Create program campaigns and promotional initiatives for loyalty program engagement
- Coordinate program campaign development with creative teams, brand managers, and channel leads
- Regular evaluation and improvement of loyalty program strategies tied to CRM and brand performance
Role Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in eCommerce or CRM
- 3+ years of experience in digital customer loyalty programs, preferably in retail category and paid subscriptions
- Proficient in loyalty systems and interfaces; experience with Yotpo Rewards, Antavo, and Talon.One is a plus
- Firm experience in program front-end design updates and implementation of loyalty program strategies

As the Loyalty & Subscription Program Manager, here what you’ll be doing:
The new Vivobarefoot Loyalty program forms a critical component of our new ‘MyVivo’ project rollout. A cross-functional innovative project that will overhaul the current Vivobarefoot customer experience.
Our new loyalty program will be the centrepiece to delivering customer engagement with our brand, services, product and approach to wellbeing – rolling out both loyalty, and paid-for subscription elements to our customers.
As it is a new program, with new systems, new designs, new integrations, the project is in development currently and set to launch later this year, in 2025.
Thus, it’s an exciting time to join the Vivobarefoot team and put your stamp on how this program comes to life as well as deliver its success.
This position would join the CRM team which operates closely with brand, ecommerce and in-house or external developers. The role would report into the Global Head of CRM and join an existing CRM team who specialise in retention and customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead the implementation of the loyalty program platform go to market, and management/optimisation after go live
- Develop and launch program campaigns and/or promotional campaigns to drive awareness and engagement with the loyalty program
- Manage each stage of program campaign development, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as creative teams, brand managers, channel leads
- Develop and iterate quarterly loyalty program strategies, tied to CRM, commercial and brand performance targets
- Develop and implement loyalty program reporting, recommending areas of improvement and highlighting areas of success on a regular basis
- Contribute customer insight from loyalty program touchpoints and participate in ideation to rapidly establish the loyalty user community
- Be the voice and a source of expertise on all things loyalty amongst the CRM team, and the wider business, advocating for loyalty involvement in projects or pitching innovations
ALL ABOUT YOU
- 4 years’ experience in eCommerce or CRM, with at least 3 years involved in digital customer loyalty programs
- Preference for managing retail category loyalty programs
- Preference for managing paid subscriptions, or recurring revenue streams
- Experience with loyalty systems and interfaces (such as Yotpo Rewards, Antavo, Talon.One)
- Experience project managing program front-end design updates, and comfortable with technical integrations (such as setting up customer journey workflows and integrating a custom reward from one system to the loyalty program, with the support of developers)
- Experience implementing loyalty program strategies, collaborating with brand, creative, technical and amplification stakeholders
- Experience delivering and reporting on loyalty results: sign up/member growth, member engagement growth, member churn rates, monthly recurring revenue
