Role Summary
- Join the Independent Programme Management Authority (IPMA) within the inspector general's office

Role Requirements
- Must have a master's degree in engineering and/or management
- A minimum of eight years of proven experience as a project manager in space systems and payload fields is required
- Strong leadership skills, ability to engage in ad hoc reviews, experience in managing complex projects and effective communication skills are ideal

The Role: As an IPMA Senior Manager, you will be part of the Independent Programme Management Authority (IPMA) in the Inspector General’s Office, Director General’s Services. Your main role will be to overhaul and enhance project execution practices across the Agency, ensuring projects are completed in accordance with quality targets, on time and within budget.
Job Requirements: You must have a master's degree in engineering and/or management. You must have a senior profile with at least eight years of proven experience as project manager in the space systems and payload domains. Ideally, you will have strong leadership capabilities, flexibility to engage with ad hoc reviews, a track record of managing complex projects, and effective communication and facilitation skills.
Benefits: This post is classified A4 on the Coordinated Organisations’ salary scale with some possibility of being upgraded to A5 after one year were your performance to be judged to be excellent.
