We are currently seeking a new Cattery Intake Coordinator to join our Old Windsor team.
The role entails coordinating the intake of cats to Battersea Old Windsor. This includes acting as the main point of contact for all cat intake enquiries and customers at Battersea Old Windsor, managing our capacity and waiting lists, as well as admitting cats on a daily basis, including all associated documentation and administration. This is a very meaningful role where you will work directly with the cats, impacting their lives.
Job requirements include experience of working with cats, strong customer service skills, and experience of dealing with sensitive issues with empathy and resilience. The role is very physical and does involve a lot of manual tasks which are required to provide the exceptional standards of care to our animals.
