Role Summary:
- Perform audits and reporting as per the annual Technology Internal Audit plan
- Engage in risk-based internal audits across various operational and financial activities
- Work not only for the Wellcome Trust but also its subsidiaries and significant grant recipients
Role Requirements:
- Previous substantial experience in internal audit, with a focus on IT audits
- Expertise in various IT controls and platforms
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills to influence senior managers
- Relevant industry qualifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP
- Self-motivation, resilience under pressure, uncompromising integrity, and a result-driven approach

The role involves executing audits and reporting tasks outlined in the annual Technology internal Audit plan, focusing on risk-based internal audits across operational and financial activities of the Wellcome Trust, its subsidiaries and significant grant recipients, in accordance with the Annual Audit Plan.
Job requirements include substantial experience in internal audit with a focus on IT audits, showcasing expertise in various IT controls and platforms. You should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to influence senior managers with your clear communication, while holding relevant industry qualifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
