Role Summary

The role: As a Collections Access Officer at the V&A East Storehouse, you will be part of a team responsible for bringing the revolutionary new Order an Object service to life. This role involves engaging directly with visitors, providing unprecedented access to our collections not on display. You will guide visitors throughout their journey, carry out collection care activities, and work with collections management systems. This role requires working Saturdays and Sundays as part of a 3-day workweek schedule.
Job requirements: We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing access to museum collections and have the ability to work well within a team. Experience in handling and managing collections is desirable, along with strong interpersonal skills.
