Role Summary
- Serve as the Finance and Operations Manager, responsible for supporting the Development teams.

The Role: As the Finance and Operations Manager at the V&A, you will provide vital support to Development teams, ensuring effective pathways for processing, recording and reporting on Development income. This role is crucial for enabling essential record-keeping, data access, and reporting as a divisional expert in the departmental CRM. You will play a pivotal role in enabling the V&A to realise its ambitions by securing funds from individual donors, corporate organisations, foundations, and licensing clients.
Job Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and operations management, preferably within a similar sector. You will be responsible for supporting the Development department which provides essential support for acquisitions, exhibitions, learning and accessibility programmes, and all aspects of the Museum’s strategic plan.
