This is a hybrid role requiring your presence at our Bristol Nature HQ for two days per week.
The role: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a crucial link between our Supply Chain, Technology, and Operations teams. Your responsibilities will include leading workshops, shaping solutions, and guiding the scalability of our platform. You will be involved in hands-on system ownership, process thinking, and stakeholder collaboration. Your tasks will range from leading requirement gathering workshops, translating operational needs into scalable solutions, to maintaining system hygiene and supporting day-to-day system administration.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have solid experience with NetSuite, particularly in supporting inventory, fulfilment, and operational processes. You should be familiar with business platforms like Boomi, Celigo, Centric, multiple WMS platforms, and Sitoo. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, capable of working independently as well as with teams, and who can communicate effectively across various departments.
