Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Ecology, or any associated field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' professional experience in environmental analysis, sustainability, LCA, or ESG compliance.
  • Proficiency in LCA software, environmental databases, and textile-specific tools.
  • A solid understanding of global ESG regulations and climate disclosure requirements.

Vivobarefoot is on a mission to change the toxic, sedentary lifestyles that are harming humans and the planet. We are seeking a Senior Impact & Compliance Analyst to join our team and help us navigate the complex environmental and regulatory landscape as we grow.

The role: As a Senior Impact & Compliance Analyst at Vivobarefoot, you will co-lead the development of our ESG compliance roadmap, ensuring we stay ahead of evolving global regulations. This includes building and maintaining a clear view of ESG legislation, translating legal requirements into practical plans, and managing regulatory disclosures and climate reporting. You will also design and manage environmental data systems, lead external partnerships for carbon footprinting, and oversee LCA programs. Additionally, you will support B Corp certification and manage complex sustainability projects.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Ecology, or a related field. You should have at least 5 years of professional experience in sustainability, environmental analysis, LCA, or ESG compliance. Proficiency with LCA software, environmental databases, and textile-specific tools is essential, as is a strong understanding of global ESG regulations and climate disclosure requirements.
