What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Branding
Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with our mission. Manage campaigns, events, and outreach to boost awareness and support. Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all materials.
Digital & Content Marketing
Oversee website, social media, and email communications. Create engaging content, including blogs, visuals, and newsletters. Use SEO and digital strategies to enhance visibility.
Public Relations & Community Engagement
Build relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders. Organise and promote events, campaigns, and advocacy initiatives. Encourage community participation online and offline.
Fundraising & Analytics
Support fundraising efforts through marketing materials. Track and analyse marketing performance to improve outreach.

Person Specification Skills and Qualifications
Marketing Expertise: Demonstrated experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within the charity, disability, or health sectors. Community Engagement: Passion for connecting with communities and organising awareness initiatives. Content Creation: Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience in creating digital content. Digital Proficiency: Strong understanding of digital marketing, including website management, SEO, social media and email marketing. Public Relations: Ability to engage with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to amplify the charity’s message. Analytical Skills: Ability to track marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
