What will you be doing?
We are looking to appoint several new trustees to join our Board and help steer Time & Talents through the next phase of its journey. Trustees play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation is well-governed, financially sustainable, and delivering on its mission. As a trustee, you will provide strategic oversight, contribute your expertise, and support the leadership team in making key decisions. We will particularly welcome applications from
potential treasurers to shadow our current treasurer in the last year of her term of office people with experience of change management
What are we looking for?
Have connections to Southwark through home or work A commitment to Time & Talents. A willingness to devote the necessary time and effort Ability to attend a minimum of four board meetings per year and one away day per year Strategic vision. Good, independent judgement. An ability to think creatively. A willingness to speak their mind. An understanding and acceptance of the legal duties, responsibilities and liabilities of trusteeship. An ability to work effectively as a member of a team. A commitment to Nolan’s seven principles of public life
