Role Summary

Role Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred with fluency in English & Portuguese.
  • Ideal candidate would have an established network of software engineers in Brazil.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • An analytical mindset is key, along with the ability to manage simultaneous talent acquisition flows.
  • Experience in a startup or technology company with a high level of ownership is required.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS and candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a plus point.

This is a contract Senior Technical Recruiter role with our Latin America partner. The role is remote during the contract period, with occasional visits to our client's office in São Paulo's Brooklin neighborhood and event attendance. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and effective communication with candidates and US-based hiring managers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

We’re looking for a world-class Recruiter to help build and scale our global R&D teams. This person should be excited to design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans while also being a trusted partner to their stakeholders as we continue to grow and mature as a company.

This role requires occasional visits to the office and local marketing events in the São Paulo area.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit and hire top talent for our Product and Engineering teams
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers on hiring needs and priorities to implement best-in-class talent acquisition strategies
  • Facilitate end-to-end recruiting support to ensure consistent, repeatable, and measurable recruiting practices
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts leveraging data analysis and dashboard reporting, with specific attention paid to the continued flow of candidates through the recruiting pipeline
  • Utilize broader trends and data in the business and industry to continuously improve the company’s brand from a hiring perspective, scale recruiting processes and systems, and contribute to the broader talent acquisition strategic planning process
  • Mentor and guide fellow recruiting team peers to continuously develop our team

 WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Fluency in English & Portuguese
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Technical Recruiter with an established network of software engineers in Brazil
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with a track record of not only reporting and analyzing key recruiting metrics/data for quick problem solving in the recruiting flow but also contributing to developing a comprehensive recruiting plan and strategy
  • A passion for sourcing and finding top-caliber engineering candidates
  • Experience using various tools, websites, and techniques to find top technical talent
  • Experience working in a startup or technology company with a high level of ownership
  • In-depth knowledge of modern technical skills, notable companies, and engineering communities
  • Ability to manage projects and simultaneously prioritize the talent acquisition flow in an environment with competing demands

Bonus points:

  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience with candidates in the SaaS/Cloud industry is a plus
