Role Summary
- Permanent, full-time Regional Director role based in London.
- Responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing a high quality portfolio of attractions and experiences in London & Dublin area.
- Role includes frequent local travel and potential travel for industry trade shows.

The role of Regional Director – London & Dublin is a permanent, full time position based in London. You will be reporting to the SVP Destination and Partnerships, EMEA. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, onboard, maintain, and retain a high-quality portfolio of attractions and experiences, ensuring that our local customers see and experience the best of everything that your assigned destinations have to offer. This role will manage the London and Dublin markets, although you should be open to any changes/expansion of this remit.
Job requirements include fluency in both written and spoken English, strong pre-existing relationships in the tourism market locally, proven expertise in business development and excellent rates and contracts negotiation, understanding of complex business models and pricing scenarios, proficiency in Microsoft office suite tools, and strong project management, business analysis, interpersonal and communication skills.
The role is hybrid – we require all our employees to work from the office at least two days per week. We also expect frequent visits to key strategic partners such as attractions, convention bureaus and travel trade organizations in your markets. Travel to team meetings and industry trade shows will also be required from time to time.
