Role Summary
- Lead and transform the Total Rewards team in India.
- Handle the design, implementation, and consultation of business and P&C leaders, employees, and managers on reward programs.
- Ensure that Employee Benefits align with market benchmarks in India.
- Work closely with global teams and local stakeholders as a vital member of the P&C Total Rewards team.
Role Requirements
- A graduate in HR, finance, or a related field with a minimum of 15 years work experience, out of which 10 years must be in Compensation and Benefits.
- Strong experience in salary surveys, compensation reviews, and benefits management.
- Excellent numerical and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Must be proactive and flexible, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including influencing and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR Tools like Workday, HRMS.

The role - Director, Total Rewards
As the Director of Compensation, you will lead and transform our Total Rewards team in India. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and consultation to business leaders, P&C leaders, employees, managers on reward programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our Employee Benefits are fair as per market benchmarks in India. You will work closely with global teams and local stakeholders, and serve as a vital member of the global P&C Total Rewards team.
Job requirements
We are looking for a graduate in human resources, finance, or related field with 15+ years of work experience out of which at least 10 years in Compensation and Benefits space. You should have extensive compensation and benefits experience within a commercial organization - including salary surveys, compensation reviews, and the management of benefits. You should be a proactive, fast learner, flexible in thinking and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to strategically solve problems. You should have excellent communication skills, with demonstrated experience influencing or leading others. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HR Tools such as Workday, HRMS.
