Role Summary

  • Co-ordinate scheduling, production and quality control for various publications
  • Edit diverse content projects, primarily digital and occasionally print
  • Collaborate with authors, freelancers, and experts
  • Use research, evidence, and data to understand user needs and steer decisions
  • Lead in user research and testing opportunities
  • Assist in the development of content production processes, policies, and guidelines

Role Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of mental health issues, rights, and resources
  • Ability to co-ordinate and execute various stages of publication
  • Proficiency in editing diverse content projects
  • Excellent research, evidence gathering and data analysis skills
  • Strong planning and leadership abilities

The role We're looking for a senior editorial officer to join our information content team. Our information service aims to help people: Live with and recover from mental health problems Understand and access their rights Make informed choices. You'll play an important role in helping us to achieve these goals.

Job requirements As our senior editorial officer, you'll get to: Co-ordinate scheduling, production and quality control for our publications list Edit a range of content projects (usually digital, sometimes print) Brief and work with authors, freelancers, experts Gather research, evidence and data to discover user needs, and guide decisions Plan and lead user research and user-testing opportunities Help develop content production processes, policies and guidelines.
