Join PUP and create content for podcast, YouTube, feature films, TV series, and documentaries for people interested in sustainability, arts & culture, entrepreneurship, ethics, psychology, sports, and health.

PUP is seeking a co-founder with experience in producing content for larger companies in TV commercials, films, series, or reality shows, who has developed an interest in high-quality, value-driven content that promotes positive, sustainable, and social impact.

We create content for the "New Laggard"—people across different generations who share some of these values: they practice slow living, support sustainable products, services, and companies, read ingredient lists on what they buy and how it’s made, thrift, are well-read, well-written, and have a critical mind. They frequent theaters and museums, watch indie films, enjoy lo-fi culture, shop at small neighborhood stores, avoid using AI due to ethical beliefs, question their use of social media, reject digital cookies, avoid mass media, and are interested in improving their emotional intelligence, education, skills, health and self-growth.

PUP produces a Spanish podcast called "Buscando Unicornios" in which two presenters interview successful individuals with inspiring stories about film, entrepreneurship, sustainability, sports, and well-being.

PUP is also developing a YouTube channel that researches, explores and expands legitimate knowledge about sustainability, environmental preservation and rehabilitation, culture, and ethics.

Regarding long-form content, PUP is currently developing and producing a documentary about the most popular pop-rock live music bar in 90s Madrid, a dramedy meta-theatre feature film called "Remember Me", and a fictional video game nostalgia TV series called "Invaders".

Our content is primarily produced in Spanish; however, our founder is bilingual, studied at a British school, graduated in Communications from New York University, and is fluent in English, Italian, French, and Spanish. We are open to working in a multicultural environment, believing that diverse opinions and cultural experiences enrich the quality of our content.

We offer a remote and hybrid flexible working system. We are currently based in Madrid and Mallorca (Balearic Islands), Spain.
