What will you be doing?

As we believe the arts are essential to everyone, we aim to  reach as wide an audience as possible to enjoy live professional theatre and musical performances, including underserved sections of the community to positively influence community cohesion, and a sense of wellbeing. We aim to provide a neutral space where the community can gather. We are looking for assistance to identify sections of the community that are hard to reach and to measure our impact in terms of providing an attractive programme. Having something enjoyable to look forward to can have a really positive impact on our well-being and we would like to find ways to measure that as evidence of how we are fulfilling our mission.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking someone who is experienced in research and enthusiastic about the arts and is keen to help a new organisation develop and build on their early success. They need to be flexible in their approach and able to deliver clear reports and action plans. A sense of humour will help.

What difference will you make?

Help us use the right tools, methods and budget to focus audience development and funding support to ensure sustainability,
