Founding Revenue Operations Lead

Omnea is a fast-growing Series A B2B business in Europe, backed by tier-1 VCs like Accel, First Round, & Point Nine. We are on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses make purchases. Our platform handles the entire purchasing process, making it easier and more efficient for businesses to manage their spending.

As our Founding Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a critical role in our Commercial team. You will serve as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring that our go-to-market motion is insight-led, system-supported, and operationally excellent. You will lead all things RevOps: GTM systems, field operations, forecasting, planning, and insights. Your work will directly influence our ability to drive predictable revenue growth and scale Omnea efficiently.

Job requirements include 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally across Series A to Series B/C+ stages. You should be highly systems-savvy, with a strong track record owning sales and marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Apollo, Clari, etc.) as well as understanding sales processes and field ops deeply. You should be an outstanding communicator, outcomes-focused, proactive, and able to ruthlessly prioritize.

We offer a competitive salary range of £70K - £90K, and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and ambitious team. We work Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays in-person at our offices, but also offer flexibility for remote work.
