Through specialist services like neurodiversity training, career coaching, and recruitment services, we’re making a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent individuals and their employers. The OpportunityWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical volunteer to:
Review our financial processes and cash flow to identify opportunities for improvement. Analyse revenue streams, pricing and cost structures to uncover growth opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance sustainability and efficiency.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a volunteer with the following attributes to help drive our mission forward: Skills and Experience
Financial Analysis: Ability to evaluate budgets, cash flow, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities. Business Strategy Development: Expertise in identifying growth opportunities and creating actionable plans. Cost Management: Skill in analysing expenses and proposing cost saving measures. Data Interpretation: Ability to use financial insights to inform decision making. Problem Solving: A creative and methodical approach to overcoming challenges.
