Volunteer HR Advisor

What will you be doing?

Depending on your skills and interests, you could be involved in tasks such as:

Updating and developing our policies and procedures, including the staff handbook. Supporting recruitment processes, including the creation and review of volunteer and staff role descriptions. Advising on compliance with GDPR and other HR-related regulations. Streamlining HR systems and centralising information to improve efficiency. Providing guidance on strategies to enhance recruitment and retention for future projects.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role Strong understanding of HR practices, employment policies, and/or GDPR. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with other volunteers and adapt to flexible project needs.
