Role Summary:
- Proactively manage a busy diary with multiple conflicting demands in fast-paced environment
- Regularly attend and manage in-person meetings in London
- Organise and manage committee meetings, draft minutes to a publishable standard
Role Requirements:
- A proactive, highly organised individual
- Experience in governance work and managing committee meetings
- Understanding of the public sector and/or arts and culture sector is desirable

The role we are offering is for a Personal Assistant to the London Area Director. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our London office, with the flexibility of hybrid working. The successful candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and able to manage a busy diary with many conflicting demands in a fast-moving environment. Experience in governance work, such as organising and managing committee meetings and drafting minutes to a publishable standard, is essential. A good understanding of the public sector and/or arts and culture sector is desirable.
The role will require regular attendance and management of in-person meetings in London. Interviews will be held in-person at our central London office.
