We're The King's Trust, an exciting organisation dedicated to transforming the lives of young people. We've recently changed our name from The Prince's Trust, marking a new chapter for us, but our commitment to supporting young people remains the same.

The role of Youth Development Lead - Foundations is a crucial one. You'll work alongside our Outreach and Marketing teams and customer service champions, ensuring our young people are safe, engaged, and fully immersed in their journey with us. You'll become their personal champion, providing one-on-one support and guidance, and unlocking their potential for astonishing progress.

Safety is paramount, so you'll need to keep a watchful eye on safeguarding, health and safety, and data protection. You'll also be the guiding force that empowers our delivery partners and service providers to reach for the stars, ensuring every young person embarks on a remarkable journey, experiencing the extraordinary and achieving their dreams.

You'll lead personal development sessions that take our foundation programmes to new heights. Some of these activities will be in the great outdoors and enjoying our wonderful green spaces. There will be some travel required to relevant local areas to support the delivery of these exciting programmes as well as programme visits.

At The Trust, we're strong advocates for fostering an inclusive workplace where everybody feels seen. We'd love it if you share that passion too. Your mission will be to make a positive impact by implementing a local action plan that aligns with our big-picture EDI goals.

We offer great perks such as a generous holiday package, flexible working, a benefits platform with discounts on your favourite restaurants, shops and cinemas, and fantastic family leave. We also provide personal development opportunities through our in-house learning platform and our various networks.

We're committed to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and strive for a workforce that's representative of the communities we serve. We welcome applications from those who are underrepresented in our organisation and sector.

We're committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. As part of this commitment, we undertake basic disclosure checks for all roles within the Trust, and for our roles working directly with young people, at an enhanced level.
