Role Summary

  • Playing a crucial part in the delivery of V&A’s commercial marketing campaigns, including for membership, V&A Academy, retail, and publishing.
  • Working closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, to ideate and execute campaigns and to coordinate promotional assets across various channels with internal and external partners.

The role: As a Marketing Officer in the Commercial Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering marketing campaigns for the V&A’s commercial offer, including membership, V&A Academy, retail, and publishing. These areas are vital as they generate revenue which is fully returned to support the V&A’s programs and collections. You will work closely with the Commercial Marketing Manager, ideating and executing campaigns, and collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure the seamless development of promotional assets across various channels.

Job requirements: This role requires a proactive individual who can support the growth of our commercial products, ensuring effective marketing strategies that align with the V&A's mission and objectives.
