Role summary: As a Senior Logistics Manager, your role involves managing cross-functional projects supporting shipment exceptions while ensuring customer satisfaction during rapid scaling. Your work will encompass supply planning to regional distribution, driving efficiency, and sustainability projects, and overseeing labor productivity, inventory control, and order accuracy. You will need to support RFP & contract negotiations, manage process improvements, and prioritize data flow improvements.
Role Requirements: Applicants should have 5+ years of experience in a Global Logistics role with progression and a track record of managing complex cross-functional projects. Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel is vital, with experience in using NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle preferred. A strong business acumen is needed coupled with the ability to work with large, complex datasets. An ideal candidate would also hold a Masters Degree in Supply Chain or a similar discipline. The role stresses on quantitative and qualitative experience in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business.

The Bevi Logistics team is responsible for all inbound, distribution, outbound and reverse logistics of Bevi’s finished goods and spare parts in North America and United Kingdom/Ireland. As a Senior Logistics Manager, this role will have a significant scope and impact on the organization. The successful candidate will be very comfortable leading projects while supporting shipment exceptions as we scale quickly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Drive and support daily operational success to defined KPI’s
- Work cross-functionally with Bevi Operations & other stakeholder departments
- Support supply planning to regional DC’s
- Drive projects that support efficiency, customer satisfaction and sustainability
- Drive operational excellence by developing and improving KPIs and SLAs
- Manage daily plan to exceed expectations for labor productivity, inventory control and order accuracy. Achieve monthly budget targets
- Identify and directly manage process improvements, cost optimization and sustainability initiatives in collaboration with leadership
- Support RFP & contract negotiations and analysis
- Prioritize projects and data flow improvements (eg. EDI, API), evaluate and set stakeholder expectations.

Requirements
- 5+ years working in a Global Logistics role with progressive advancement
- Track record of successfully managing and executing complex cross functional projects
- Quantitative and qualitative experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, or Business experience
- 3+ years of UK/EU focused Logistics experience with bonded activity
- Strong business and financial acumen with data extraction, analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques
- 5+ years experience managing warehouse 3PL providers
- 5+ years experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Excel proficiency. NetSuite, SAP or Oracle experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Supply Chain or similar discipline
- CSCP, IATA, Customs & Hazmat certifications
