What will you be doing?
Specific Responsibilities:
Conduct audience research to identify content needs and preferences Create and maintain a content calendar to schedule and track publishing timelines Originate/create and capture content to build awareness of our brand, drive relevance to our customer audience and educate others about the Health and Wellbeing Hub’s mission and activities Schedule and post content on social media platforms Monitor feedback and reception in relation to content and adapt accordingly Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with brand identity Support the update of the website, social media and content pages Ensure that content is compliant with copyright and data protection laws Collaborate with the marketing team to decide brand taglines, logo and other promotional material Collaborate with marketing department to support marketing goals, specific social media objectives and reporting on ROI (Return On Investment) Represent social media segment within wider marketing team, consulting on brand taglines, logo and other promotional material
