In its first year, the organisation catalysed over £160m in philanthropic funding for various sectors including AI, education, climate, health, and scientific infrastructure.

The role: As an Associate at Renaissance Philanthropy, you will support the execution, operations, and growth of the fund's activities. This includes developing work plans, coordinating events, conducting research, and managing databases. You will play a crucial role in building and managing the infrastructure to implement activities, providing end-to-end support with events, and researching and diligencing new opportunities.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives on operational excellence, and is motivated to convene and gather dynamic individuals in the UK working at the intersection of philanthropy, innovation, and social impact. You should have exceptional organisational skills, familiarity with data tracking and basic analytics, and excellent written communication skills.
