Role Summary

Cycling UK, also known as Cyclists' Touring Club (CTC), is a charitable organization registered in England, Wales, and Scotland. Our current opening is for a Development Officer at the Aberdeenshire Bothy, which is part of our Connecting Communities programme. This role is crucial in bringing together all of Cycling UK’s place-based projects in Scotland to deliver activities that encourage walking, wheeling, and cycling for local journeys, leisure, and adventure.
The role: As a Development Officer, you will be home-based but will require working within the community in Aberdeenshire. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and delivering a range of walking, wheeling, and cycling activities by working closely with local organizations. This position is instrumental in enabling people to engage in these activities, enhancing their quality of life and fostering community spirit.
