Cycling UK, a leading charity and advocate for cycling in the UK, is looking for a Philanthropy Manager to join our team. This role comes at an exciting time as we are two years into our ambitious organisational strategy aimed at enhancing our public fundraising programme.

The Role: As the Philanthropy Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the development and execution of our major gifts and legacy income strategies. Your main responsibilities will include building strong donor relationships, crafting compelling propositions, and providing high-quality stewardship to ensure the growth of our philanthropy programme. This position is home-based, requiring regular meetings in London and occasional travel across the UK.

Job Requirements: Successful candidates do not need to be cyclists but must demonstrate a strong commitment to the mission and values of Cycling UK. We are looking for individuals with significant experience in philanthropy or a related field, who can show a track record of managing and growing donor relationships. The ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with our Head of Fundraising and other colleagues, is crucial.

Benefits: Cycling UK offers a competitive salary and a range of employee benefits, which can be reviewed in our attached benefits document. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive organisation and encourage applications from a diverse range of candidates.

Application Details: Interested candidates should complete our application form, focusing on how their skills and experience meet the criteria set out in the job description. It is important to directly refer to the person specification in your supporting statement to help our selection panel assess your application effectively.
