Role Summary:

Role Requirements:

The role: As the Assistant Store Manager in our Berlin store, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations and lead the retail team. Your responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer service, team coordination, and upholding our values. You will have decision-making authority in the Store Manager's absence and play a critical role in achieving store goals that align with our brand purpose and business objectives.
Job requirements: We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in retail or related customer service, who is fluent in German and English. You should have strong communication skills, a full understanding of our store's POS system, and the ability to manage transactions, returns, and cash handling processes. An inclusive mindset and a passion for the outdoors are essential.
