Role Summary

Role Requirements
- Solid experience with NetSuite specifically in inventory, fulfilment, warehousing, and operational processes.
- Confidence in optimisation, configuration, and administration.
- Exposure to platforms like Boomi, Celigo, Centric, various WMS platforms, and Sitoo.
- Collaborative, confident communicator who can also work well independently and as part of a team.

At Vivobarefoot, we are on a mission to reconnect people and planet, addressing the issues caused by toxic, sedentary lifestyles. We are currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Bristol. This is a hybrid role requiring your presence in the office two days per week.
The role: As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a bridge between Supply Chain, Technology, and Operations. Your responsibilities will include leading workshops, shaping solutions, and guiding the scalability of our platform. You will lead discovery sessions, translate operational needs into scalable solutions, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to maintain a reliable, efficient, and future-ready tech stack.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have solid NetSuite experience, particularly supporting inventory, fulfilment, warehousing, and operational processes. You should be an Operations or Supply Chain SME with confidence in configuration, optimisation, and administration. Exposure to business platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Centric, multiple WMS platforms, and Sitoo is also required. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is a collaborative and confident communicator, capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
