The Role: As a member of the Front of House team at WildLand Cairngorm, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality guest experiences. Your responsibilities include managing daily front of house operations, providing warm welcomes, engaging organically with guests, and maintaining excellent service levels. You will work closely with housekeeping and chef teams to enhance guest experiences and may also participate in housekeeping duties as needed. The role requires flexibility with early shifts starting from 7 am to 3 pm.
Job Requirements: Ideal candidates will have a background in hospitality, characterized by warmth, engagement, and the ability to make guests feel at ease. You should be a natural host, clear communicator, and effective problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Teamwork is crucial, as you will be part of a team that supports each other and upholds the values of One Wildland Team and One Wild Way.
