WildLand Sutherland is located on the North coast of Scotland, providing guests with the chance to experience the natural environment of the surrounding countryside. Hope Lodge, a new property set to open early next year, is part of this unique setting. As a Night Porter, you will be responsible for the safety and security of the overnight operations at Hope Lodge. Your duties will include patrolling the property, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience during all interactions.
The Role: In this role, you will respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, or emergencies. You will provide courteous and efficient customer service, maintaining a professional and reassuring presence for guests throughout the night. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring a peaceful overnight environment, conducting basic site upkeep, and preparing comprehensive handover reports for the day team. Additionally, you will maintain the security of buildings and grounds by conducting regular patrols and acting as the first point of contact for emergency situations during the night.
