Role Summary

About the role: Reporting to the Marketing Director, you'll be part of the Marketing Senior Leadership Team and responsible for driving PR and organic social media globally, as well as facilitating excellent brand partnerships. In association with the Marketing Director and marketers in North America and Australia, you'll set the strategy for this work, ensure agencies are aligned and well-managed, and that successes are clearly communicated internally. You'll ensure the global teams are supported in working with journalists, influencers, destination management organisations, and corporate partners to make sure activity lives and breathes our ethos and personality, whilst meeting the needs and opportunities in each market (and potentially new markets in the future). You'll have responsibility for coordinating press and influencer trip requests globally in conjunction with colleagues from the Product team to ensure a sensible spread of suppliers, destinations and product themes are represented. You'll work closely with all members of the Marketing Team (both those based in the UK and overseas) and with the wider business, external agencies, suppliers and other partners. You will also work directly with the MD and other members of the senior leadership to ensure they make the most of their public profiles (eg on LinkedIn) and are well briefed ahead of any media contact.

Job requirements: We are looking for your application to demonstrate: An ambitious business leader with excellent PR and Partnerships expertise, and experience crafting activity and narrative for different / emerging markets Commercially minded, self-motivated and a problem-solver Customer-focussed and understands the importance of service delivery excellence Is able to challenge processes (and be challenged), keep to schedule and deliver quality campaigns on time Friendly, approachable and flexible with a strong ability to build a good report with the wider Explore team and effectively communicate at all levels A passion for the planet, and contributing to a more sustainable future Results-driven, with the ability to ruthlessly prioritise Able to empower and coach a team to deliver results Able to travel occasionally (probably 2-4 times a year) Willingness to take on occasional additional tasks as and when required

Benefits: This role is based in Farnborough, Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position, however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week). Salary: £50,000-60,000 p.a + bonus
