What will you be doing?
Our Trustees serve as the registered company Trustees with Companies House. Trustees hold personal accountability for the actions of the Trust and its academies and answer to the Trust’s members, the Secretary of State for Education, and the wider community, to uphold the quality of education provided to all pupils and students, and ensure the appropriate utilisation of public funds.
What are we looking for?
Employment law and strategic Human Resource management Strategic financial management and planning Business development, corporate and business strategy Digital services, media, marketing and communications Stakeholder engagement, diversity, equality and inclusion Experience of leadership and management development Pastoral and Children’s Services functional leadership, Safeguarding and SEND Working knowledge and experience in regulatory and highly governed environments Knowledge of the public sector, including but not limited to employment, public finance, project management and transformational change.

Trustees are responsible for setting the strategy, ensuring good governance and determining our vision. Our Trustees offer senior expertise, support and challenge one another and our executive team, whilst being critical collaborators and, at times, acting as a sounding board.
