Role Summary

  • Analyse and implement comprehensive data across various fields for the Learning Division.
  • Ensure data compliance and alignment with the Audiences Division.
  • Serve as the primary contact for evaluators, financial reporting, audience insight, and other essential data.
  • Prepare regular reports for the V&A Learning and Audiences Committee.
  • Work closely with the Heads of Learning across V&A multisite and lead on learner data reporting.

Role Requirements

  • Experience in data analysis and insights.
  • Understanding of both qualitative and quantitative data.

The Role The Learning Data and Insights lead analyses and implements key information for the Learning Division across qualitative and quantitative data including financial, statistical, policy, evaluation, narrative and administrative fields. This is to ensure that data is compliant, drives decision-making and is aligned with the data insight work of the Audiences Division. The post holder is the first port of call for evaluators, financial reporting, audience insight, and other essential data. They are responsible for collating regular reports for the V&A Learning and Audiences Committee, led by the Director V&A Learning. Working closely with Heads of Learning across V&A multisite, they will lead on reporting of learner data, including the divisional evaluation and R&D framework.
