We want to recruit a talented coordinator to manage our social media, promotion, media coordination, and the production of publicity and marketing materials for Qisetna and its programs.

What will you be doing?

Duties and Responsibilities:

Drive attendance to and participation in Qisetna programming  Coordinate and implement marketing strategies–  Create and schedule monthly email newsletter and e-blasts–  Update website and blog content (WordPress) and analyze usage via google analytics–  Manage Social Media accounts: create daily content on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and analyze analytics on a regular  basis–  Engage in grassroots promotional work as needed Coordinate media outreach including interviews, information requests, and media attendance  Survey and gather feedback and demographics on current and future programs Other duties and responsibilities as necessary in consultation with directors

What are we looking for?

Required:

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills  Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google and Microsoft Applications  Experience with marketing via social media platforms and traditional media  Experience with WordPress and Mailchimp, specifically knowledge of HTML & CSS Comfortable with engaging and communicating to diverse communities Interest in the arts, music, performance, literature or education
