Role Summary

The Role: We are looking for two Senior Managers to join our CRF Loans team. This team is responsible for the day-to-day management of the loans portfolio, ensuring that repayments are made in accordance with loan agreements. As a Senior Manager, you will act as a loan agent, monitoring and analysing the financial performance of a set of borrowers. You will have regular contact with the loan recipients and commission external advisors as needed. You will also contribute to regular reporting to DCMS at both an operational and a senior level.
Job Requirements: We are looking for individuals who are keen to understand how government-backed loans and other forms of alternative finance can support the arts and culture sector. You should be able to analyse risk and have a good understanding of business models.
