What will you be doing?
Role Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer IT Recruiter to support our growing team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding talented IT and technical volunteers. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in recruitment, talentacquisition, or HR, who want to contribute to a meaningful cause while enhancing their professional network and skills. Key Responsibilities
Identify and source qualified IT and technical volunteers forvarious roles within Qisetna. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews. Collaborate with internal teams to understand recruitment needs and rolerequirements. Promote Qisetna’s mission and culture to attract volunteers who align with ourvalues. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout therecruitment process. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
What are we looking for?
Experience in IT recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or related fields(volunteer or professional experience). Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. Proficiency in LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools. Passion for cultural heritage, storytelling, and community engagement is aplus.
