Role Summary

  • Programme and deliver a variety of unique experiences for Members and the wider V&A audience.
  • Create and shape inspiring events that deepen engagement with the Museum.
  • Support Membership retention through activities including talks, workshops, film screenings, online events and exhibition previews.

The Role: As a Senior Membership Events Officer, you will play a key role in programming and delivering a vibrant range of unique experiences for Members and the wider V&A audience. You will help shape and bring to life inspiring Members’ events that deepen engagement with the Museum, from talks, workshops and film screenings to online events and exhibition previews. Your work will directly support Membership retention at a time of ambitious growth, as the V&A expands its venues, reaches new audiences across the UK and internationally, and places renewed focus on creativity, inclusion and excellence in the visitor experience.

Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with a creative approach to events, a strong eye for detail, and a passion for creating experiences that engage, entertain and inspire.
