Role Summary:
- You'll directly report to the Group Financial Controller as a crucial component of the Marshmallow team, providing key support to the broader Group Finance controllership team.
- This role doesn't involve direct reports, but you'll need to mentor and review the work of junior finance team members.
Role Requirements:
- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a fully qualified accountant
- Strong technical accounting knowledge (UK GAAP)
- Expertise in MS Office and Excel
- Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail
- Experience with NetSuite, Xero, or similar ERPs is advantageous
- Demonstrable experience in optimizing operational processes
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, complex environment

The Role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be a core part of the Marshmallow team and play a key supporting role in the wider Group Finance controllership team. This role does not have any direct reports however the role holder will be expected to provide guidance and review the work of more junior members of the Finance team.
Job Requirements A fully qualified accountant with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) Strong technical accounting skills (UK GAAP). Experience working for a regulated entity would be a bonus Advanced Excel and other MS Office skills are essential. Exceptional analytical abilities and a sharp eye for detail. Experience with NetSuite and Xero (or similar ERP) is a bonus, enhancing your financial reporting skills. Proven expertise in building and refining processes for optimised operations. Skilled at navigating and streamlining workflows in fast-paced, complex environments.
