Volunteer BidWriter/Fundraiser for Marginalised Communities (primarily Youth Focused) Charitable organisation

What will you be doing?

Take a hands-on role in developing, writing, editing, and formatting high-quality winning bids,  Gain a deep understanding of potential clients’ needs, tender requirements, business operations, and where their needs can be met by Forward Ever Inclusive Education  Work closely with Forward Ever staff to prepare written information on our experience, capabilities, and proposed project approach  Ensure all proposals are proofread, meet tender programme requirements, and align with Forward       Ever's bid management standards  Identify and engage with expert contributors and associates as necessary Work with proposal team members to determine bid writing strategies and manage bid timetables, deadlines, and necessary meetings effectively to ensure timely compelling submissions  Manage bid submission process as necessary  Help to maintain and improve our answer repository on an ongoing basis

What difference will you make?

We are an experienced but underdeveloped organisation due to a lack of funding and other resources. Having a Volunteer to support us with fundraising is essential for us to deliver much needed services to a range of Marginalised Communities. This includes 

Children & young people known to Social Services Children & young people in the Youth Justice System  Children & young people struggling within the Education System  Individuals with Mental Health Challenges  Women and Girls exposed to Violence  Members of the LGBTQ+ community

Your help and expertise will enable us to deliver a range of interventions to marginalised communities  such as workshops on: Emotional Wellbeing  Identity & Authenticity Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Accountability  Civic Duty
