What will you be doing?

As a Training Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our training programme. Your tasks will include:

Session Planning & Coordination: Schedule training sessions with partner organisations, assign trainers, and maintain an up-to-date calendar. You’ll make sure all logistics are ready, including Zoom links, materials, and accessibility requirements. Communication & Liaison: Act as a friendly point of contact for organisations, confirming session details, gathering necessary information, and sharing resources before and after each session. You’ll also provide light administrative support to Lead Trainers and Volunteers. Volunteer Trainer Support: Assist with recruiting, confirming, and matching Volunteer Trainers to sessions. You will track their availability, interests, and preferences and provide support and encouragement to volunteers before and after sessions. Admin & Resource Support: Coordinate with Lead Trainers to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant. You’ll track attendance, feedback, and training outcomes and help with documenting feedback and suggestions for ongoing improvement.

This role is all about making sure each training session is well-prepared, well-supported, and runs smoothly, contributing to a positive and impactful experience for all involved.

What are we looking for?

Highly organised, with a passion for smooth systems and clear communication. Confident in communicating with a variety of people and juggling multiple tasks. Appreciates the value of lived experience and enjoys helping others succeed. Comfortable using (or keen to learn) tools like Google Calendar, email, and shared documents. Experience in management, communication, or other relevant area.  Lived experience of AuDHD (desired).

What difference will you make?

As Training Coordinator, your work will have a direct and meaningful impact on the success of our training programme and the confidence of those delivering it. By creating smooth processes, clear communication, and a supportive environment, you'll help trainers feel prepared and valued — which in turn ensures that every session is impactful, accessible, and inclusive. Your behind-the-scenes efforts will make it easier for lived experience to shine and for organisations to receive high-quality, empowering training that truly makes a difference.
