🚀 About the Role

We are looking for a Country Manager to take over and scale our Ghana operation. You’ll own all technical operations locally—from managing a 100+ person annotation workforce, to overseeing AI consulting delivery, to ensuring every output meets the highest global standards.

You must be obsessed with quality, relentless about process, and energised by building systems that scale. This is a leadership role that combines operations, people management, and delivery oversight in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

🛠 What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations of Aya Data Ghana
• Manage and grow our data annotation workforce (~100+ FTEs)
• Oversee delivery of AI consulting projects across vision, language, and geospatial
• Drive operational excellence—build and refine SOPs, KPIs, QA systems, training processes
• Recruit and mentor technical leads, project managers, and team supervisors
• Work closely with global leadership to hit performance targets and scale delivery capacity
• Represent Aya Data to clients, partners, and stakeholders in Ghana and beyond
