What will you be doing?

Customer Queries: Record, escalate, and resolve queries related to our website, Click Up, eForms, SharePoint, and other key products. Content Management: Use content management systems to create, review, and update online content based on user research, testing, feedback, and analytics. Website Management: Oversee the management of our website (Wix), including updates and maintenance. eForms: Build internal apps and processes for management of the organisation, in particular, monitoring and evaluating. Power Automate: Support and optimise processes through workflow automation. Collaboration: Work with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of digital content. Maintenance: Perform regular site maintenance, including link-checking, accessibility checks, site reliability, archiving, and audience usage analysis. Technology Awareness: Stay informed about technology advancements and make recommendations to enhance our digital offerings. Compliance: Work within legislative frameworks and adhere to our Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, and other relevant standards.

What are we looking for?

Basic Technical Skills:

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., Wix). Basic understanding of workflow automation tools (e.g., Power Automate). Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, SharePoint).

Problem-Solving:

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Analytical skills to evaluate and improve digital processes.

Attention to Detail:

Ensuring accuracy and relevance of digital content. Performing regular site maintenance and checks.
