What will you be doing?

I am looking for Trustees who would help me with strategic direction of the CIC. I am open to applications from someone who has great values and ethics and acts with objectivity and integrity. I am looking for any skills that would benefit the organisation and Community. 

What are we looking for?

Great values and ethics and must act with objectivity and integrity.  The skills could include some of those HR, Legal, Finances, Accountancy, Funding Applications and Fundraising, Education, Training, Learning and Development, Personal Skills, Leadership, Project Management, Event Planning, Organisational Skills, Admin, Employment, Public Speaking, Communication, Relationships, Partnerships, Conflict Management, Social care, Working with Children, Working with vulnerable Adults, Managerial Skills, Special educational needs, IT skills, Marketing, Business, Software. I am looking for a diverse and inclusive team. 

What difference will you make?

Our Trustees will have impact on the way the whole organisation works and therefore on our Students and their Families. The impact will hopefully be safer and happy community, where accidents can be prevented and if emergencies happen, lives will be saved. Our workplaces will be safe places to work for everyone and members of community will feel less lonely and empowered.
