Role Summary
- Manage the delivery of complex and experimental exhibitions, projects, and installations for a diverse audience base.
- Oversee temporary exhibitions and long-term displays, ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and sustainable designs.
- Consistently evaluate these projects from concept to delivery, providing necessary resources and expertise for success.
Role Requirements
- Adeptness in building strong relationships and collaborating efficiently with multiple consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Confidence in working with artists and curators to develop new commissions.
- Understanding of conservation and care requirements for museum objects and artworks.

Wellcome Collection has recently introduced a new ten-year strategy and this role will play an important part in bringing to life our vision of a world where everyone’s experience of health matters.
The role entails managing the delivery of complex and experimental exhibitions, projects, commissioned artworks and installations intended for a wide range of audiences. You will oversee the production of temporary exhibitions and long-term displays ensuring high quality, inclusive and sustainable design, production, object display and interpretation. You will critically evaluate these projects from concept stage to delivery to ensure they have the tools, expertise and resources required to deliver their outcomes.
Job requirements include building strong relationships, working in an open and collaborative way with multiple project consultants, contractors and stakeholders, demonstrating confidence in working with artists and curators to develop new commissions, and understanding the conservation and care requirements of working with museum objects and artworks.
Benefits include a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
