As an IT Analyst at Blackbird, you'll:
- Ensure our IT systems run smoothly and reliably.

The Role: Blackbird is looking for a motivated and proactive IT Analyst to join our IT team. This is a great chance to use your tech skills to make things run smoothly and provide excellent support to everyone at Blackbird, from our team to the founders we back, and the wider community we're part of. You'll play a key role in keeping our IT systems in top shape, making workflows better, and ensuring everything is reliable, secure, and working as it should.
Job Requirements: We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting modern IT infrastructure and systems, including proficiency with platforms like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and MacOS. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and automation tools is desirable. A natural aptitude for analysing problems, identifying patterns, and developing creative solutions is required.
