About the role

We are looking for a committed and curious Junior Compliance Manager to join our CSR team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting and advancing our sustainability agenda, with a particular focus on environmental and social responsibility across our international operations.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and third parties to support compliance, reporting, and sustainable supply chain initiatives. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be part of real change.

What you'll be doing

We’re happy to tailor the role based on your strengths, but key areas of responsibility include:

Sustainability Reporting & Governance

  • Support our environmental and social initiatives, including managing the annual GHG accounting together with external partners
  • Contribute to CSRD reporting and policy development

Compliance & Supplier Engagement

  • Monitor relevant sustainability legislation#
  • Translate regulatory requirements into operational actions
  • Manage supplier assessments and social audits
  • Maintain internal sustainability databases

Data & Communication

  • Prepare training materials and internal presentations
  • Analyse supplier and industry data
  • Contribute to reporting and stakeholder communication

Skills & Requirements

About you

We believe you'll thrive in this role if you bring the following:

  • Academic or practical background in sustainability, environmental studies, supply chain management, or similar
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with basic data analysis or coding is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German (a Scandinavian language is a strong plus)
  • A structured, proactive way of working
  • Interest in international collaboration – we work across several European markets
  • Experience in publishing or print is a bonus, but not required
